Meet the team

At DIVA Charitable Trust, we champion visibility, equality and empowerment for LGBTQIA+ women and non-binary people.

Our mission is to increase representation, build community and create meaningful change through media, events, research and collaboration.

We believe that when LGBTQIA+ women and non-binary people are visible, valued and supported, everyone benefits. Visibility drives inclusion, fosters innovation and inspires pride, in workplaces, in culture and in everyday life.
